The August 2020 exam will be rescheduled for a date to be determined in October, 2020. When this information is announced, August 2020 applicants will have the opportunity to take the October examination or to postpone to the February 2021 examination.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners also announced that it is creating a supervised practice program, along the lines of the already existing Certified Legal Intern program, that will allow for practice with supervision by a member of The Florida Bar, and they plan to have the new program available in mid-September, 2020.
We know that many MDFAWL members (and future members) have been diligently studying for the exam for months in an particularly challenging environment. Keep an eye out for MDFAWL programming to help us all destress and refocus.
