Chief Justice issues emergency order extending court-approved mediator deadlines due to COVID-19

Florida’s Chief Justice Charles Canady issued a new administrative order April 7 extending education and certification deadlines for Florida Supreme Court certified mediators due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. The order extends deadlines through December 31, 2020, for mediator certification and training and renewals of mediator certification. It also waives requirements for live training in several alternative dispute resolution programs for the same period of time. CLICK HERE to view more information.
