The 16th Annual Court Care Cocktail Party is coming up on November 14, 2019, from 5:30 - 7:30pm at McDermott, Will, & Emery on the 33rd Floor of the Wells Fargo Center downtown! MDFAWL has supported the cause for the full sixteen years. This annual party is one of the premier charity networking events of the year and features a silent auction, roaming photo booth, great food, open bar, and a lively crowd. All proceeds from the event support Court Care, a program run by the YWCA of Greater Miami that provides a free and safe place for kids to stay while their parents are in Court. This year’s event is co-hosted by a number of bar associations including MDFAWL, Dade Legal Aid, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr., Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), and the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (MDTLA). Tickets are available online here.
