About the event
We’re excited to continue MDFAWL and GSCBLWA’s WFH: workout from home.  We’re loving sweating together and working out some of this quarantine anxiety. We will get started right on time at 8am every Wednesday. Before then please make sure to download the Peloton  - at home fitness app  and create an account. (Peloton  is giving new users a free 90-day trial if you sign up before April  30!). Tuesday night you will receive an e-mail with the link to the  website we will be completing as a group, as well as information on how  to search that workout on your own. Please make  sure you register so we can get the link to you ahead of time. If you  feel comfortable you can also share your Peloton username when you  register so we can give out some high five’s when we see you on the  leaderboard! At  8am press start and we will all be there with you ready to sweat! Make  sure when you finish your workout to post your sweaty selfie and  tag #fitMDFAWL and #fitGSCBWLA See you out there!
