About the Event
We’re excited about MDFAWL and GSCBLWA’s first WFH: workout from home and we can’t wait to start sweating together and working out some of this quarantine anxiety.
We will get started right on time at 8am every Wednesday. Before then please make sure to download the Peloton - at home fitness app and create an account. (Peloton is giving new users a free 90-day trial if you sign up before April 30!).
At 8am press start and we will all be there with you ready to sweat! Make sure when you finish your workout to post your sweaty selfie and tag #fitMDFAWL and #fitGSCBWLA
