MDFAWL is excited to present a new career development event series! Level Up: Taking Control of Your Career will provide a platform for MDFAWL members who are ready to take their careers to the next level, implement strategies to achieve advancement, and share with other lawyers the lessons they have learned.
Level Up will be led by Andie Viele of Viele Consulting Group and NIMBLE· ESQ. Andie has twenty years of experience as a legal recruiter and legal career navigation advisor. Her performance-based approach aims to assist lawyers with identifying career objectives and focusing their efforts at work to facilitate better balancing of work commitments and life priorities.
The first session of the series, Becoming Indispensable, will examine actions younger attorneys may take to demonstrate their capabilities and invite additional opportunities for promotion, mentorship, sponsorship, skill development, client access, and professional development.
